Who is Sally Eastwood?

Photo by April Brian, Laguna Beach
British born and raised, Sally graduated with a Law degree and immediately embarked on a career in the automotive industry (of course). A work opportunity brought Sally to the US in 1991, and here she remained until the end of 2019, when a different opportunity: studying an MSc. in Sustainability, brought her back to the UK after 28 years in the US.
Sally's broad corporate experience includes branding, marketing, product planning, and creating and facilitating training programs. As vice president of Marketing for a very British automobile company, Sally led a team of talented people who planned and executed brand messaging.
Based in Ludlow, Shropshire, in the UK, with now just one large. white dog (R.I.P. Owen), Sally can be found sitting at her computer, participating in Zoom meetings, waiting for the world to return to some semblance of normality in the midst of a global pandemic, and pondering what comes next.
Sally's writing has been published in Coast Kids, part of Southern California's Coast Magazine, Laguna Beach Magazine, The Barefoot Writer, Best Friends Magazine, The Laguna Beach Independent and on the websites of Best Friends Animal Society and Virtual Minds. She has also written web copy for corporate non-profit and for-profit entities.
Sally's non-fiction book, 101 Things to Love About Laguna Beach is available in stores and hotels throughout Laguna Beach, CA, as well as on Amazon. Her Master's dissertation on sustainable body disposal is not likely to be published, however it's no less interesting (if you're into that kind of thing).
Sally promises to stop talking about herself in the third person.
