
Today isn't about spurious spelling, gravely bad grammar or wonderful words that got lost along the way. No, this is a far more subtle but nonetheless funny (well, in my eyes) advertisement from the people who brought you "Pork: the Other White Meat."
This time, the Pork Marketing Board, or whatever it now calls itself, is highlighting a mouth-watering recipe for pig wrapped in more pig. Yes, pork loin wrapped in bacon: what's not to love?

What I find interesting, as I perused the ingredients for the recipe in the picture, is that the second ingredient on the list is kosher salt.
Please tell me I'm not the only person who sees the irony in promoting a meat that is banned by the Jewish faith, juxtaposed with a salt that according to the definition of kosher is "satisfying the requirements of Jewish Law?"
The point is that yet again, it's the small things that count. Sometimes those things are hard to spot: they're hiding in plain sight, but watch out: somebody will notice.
